Scott’s role as Co-owner and Project Design Manager is to oversee the transformation of each client’s kitchen. He spends much of his time involved with sales, design and project coordination.

Scott graduated from the University of Connecticut with a B.S. in Physiology & Biology. After recognizing the growth potential of the family business, he switched industries and joined his father in 2009 to grow the Ackley Cabinet remodeling business. Starting with the company IT infrastructure, he has implemented new procedures for enhancing the efficiency of project estimating, installing and the transformation of each kitchen.

Now, having fully realized the possibilities available with the Forefront Recrafting process, he is aiming to take the business to a new level. He can often be found on-site reviewing design plans with the crew and engaged in design consultations to bring this process to a wider audience. As always, creating beautiful kitchen spaces is the ultimate goal, and being able to offer this unique process is a true honor.

During his free time, Scott enjoys spending time recording music and playing the bass guitar.
